Within Google Ads you can create remarketing audiences based on pages that people have visited. However, you can also create and import Google Analytics remarketing audiences, based on visitor quality. For example, you could create remarketing lists to target people that spent a certain amount of time on your website, visited at least 3 pages, or spent at least $100.
To set this is up, navigate to: Google Analytics > Admin > Audience definition
You can also choose to import pre-built remarketing lists with just a few clicks. This takes much of the grunt work out of creating lists, and can be quickly added to your Google Ad account.
